Who is behind the work?

Helping People do what matters

I was raised in Taos, New Mexico, where the mountains aren't just a backdrop. They shape how you see the world. That perspective has guided everything I do.

The Good People Theory

When you're moving through life, you meet certain people and you just know. No need to "build rapport" or "strategically network." You see them, they see you, and it just makes sense. That's the kind of work I want to do.

The Journey Here

From leading teams at the Air Force Academy, to building a startup in GPS data visualization, each step taught me something vital about helping good people do meaningful work.

What Matters Most

Passion

Passions aren’t hobbies they're compasses. For me, skiing is that true north. Yes, I talk about skiing a lot. Because passion fuels connection. It drives us forward.

Family & Friends

Family and friends are who you show up for, again and again. I’ve learned this deeply: the most valuable things in life aren’t measured, they’re felt. Your family and friends matters. I’ll always make space to talk about yours, because knowing what truly matters to you shapes how we work together.

Building Things That Last

I love creating things that last, not just businesses or teams, but relationships and systems that make work better for everyone.

What I Believe

I believe work should support life, not consume it. Whether I'm helping coaches build sustainable careers or helping businesses leaders, the goal is the same: create something that works for the long haul, without burning out the people who make it happen.
